Free HIPs

All homes marketed for sale from 14 December 2007 in England and Wales will need a Home Information Pack (HIP).

The pack contains legal documentsand an Energy Performance Certificate and will cost between £300 and £1,000.

If you sell your home through dani properties,we will pay for your HIP and save you pounds that you can put towards your new home.
